- JAJordan AmzallagSep 17, 20251.0This is the worst branch, the manager, Christine is very rude and aggressive, not able to accommodate a simple request which the Westminster branch always approves. I am going to close all of my TD accounts and go to another bank, directly due to Christine. Stay away from this branch, they're the absolute worst.

Staffing appears minimal, which leads to extended delays even during regular banking hours. For a branch in a high-traffic location, the lack of adequate personnel and efficiency is disappointing. Improved staffing and queue management would greatly enhance the customer experience.

- EOEric OstroffFeb 23, 20171.0They are under staffed, making it hard for customers who need proper service to be accomidated. Some of the tellers and especially the branch manager was impolite and unproffesional. One experience had me bringing in change that my 3 year old son saved up and the machine that collected the change was broken so i brought it to the teller and she refused to take it because it wasnt rolled up. Another time i came they didnt have enough change to give so i was forced to go to another bank i was affiliated with to get money. I have made alot of complaints and im not the only one who shares that sentimant. This branch needs restructering asap.
