Longue file d'attente, et quand mon tour est arrivé ils ont commencé à servir des clients qui venaient je ne sais d'ou, le second guichet faisait semblant d'être occupé et finalement la dame au 3e guichet m'a appelée, elle a été très aimable comme pour désamorcer ma frustration. Ça va pas être long que je vais rompre tout lien avec cette banque!
