Instead of clear support, staff were dismissive, smiled through our explanation of a serious security issue, gave us the wrong number to call for the card, printed the wrong account statement with no apology, and told us to “just do it in the app” when we asked for help with his chequing after locking it for safety. For a senior client with limited french and long-standing high balances at TD, this attitude and lack of professionalism are unacceptable. This branch urgently needs better training on fraud procedures, accessibility, and basic respect.

- TCTania ChowdhuryAug 21, 20251.0rude and incompetent manager, her name is summer/samar/samer. most of the staff are incompetent and always ask her for help and she has severe attitude problems, I have seen her swear loudly in front of customers, engage in very personal conversation with the staff while customers are around. some members of the staff are rude too, they must get away with incompetence and rudeness because that is what the manager does as well.
