- AAAmale AounJun 25, 20251.0I had a very disappointing experience with TD Bank – Sainte-Dorothée branch. I applied for a loan over a month ago, and the process has been nothing but frustrating. Despite being told that everything was approved and I only needed to sign, I never received the documents. There was no proper follow-up, and I had to constantly follow up myself with no clear answers. The lack of professionalism and communication was extremely frustrating. Based on this experience, I do not recommend dealing with this branch for any financial services. Very poor customer service.

Finally I got an appointment with a man name Ibrahim who filled up bunch of documents and told me that I will have an answer between 48h if not to call him. I called him 6 times and left 6 voice mails. I never got a call back it’s been 1 month now. RBC did the same thing he was supposed to do in exactly 1h. This branch doesn’t care about the client neither have any knowledge in banking. I highly recommend every business owner to switch and go to RBC where they respect the clients and know what their are doing.
