  I went in without expecting much since the rating was not great but Eliane helped me yesterday and I was extremely impressed with the her helpfulness and understanding. She's proactive and patient with my inquiries. Good staff!

  I think it is the time to change the staff especially Mr Alex. Who is either sick or on vacation. Tried to talk with him but he responded very rudely and arrogantly. Dont know why this branch rely only on him. I have visited multiple branches of TD and never had this kind of behaviour. I have no issues with the services that TD offers. Been doing business with TD for more then a decade. But now I am thinking to change my branch.

  In December, my twin sisters opened their first student accounts at TD Bank Laval (3855 Le Carrefour Blvd). During the account opening, the TD representative explained the student promotion — a $125 reward for completing specific requirements. My sisters fulfilled all the conditions, and we were told the funds would be deposited shortly. In April, after still not receiving the reward, they visited the branch. The TD employee confirmed the requirements were met and advised us to wait until June. Again, no deposit was received. Today, July 2nd, my sisters had an appointment to follow up. This time, they were told they are not eligible because they are 17 years old, even though this was never mentioned during the account opening or in subsequent follow-ups. The representative acknowledged that TD made the mistake, but stated that nothing could be done and refused to offer any solution or escalate the issue. When I asked to speak with a manager, the response was, “Manager is not available, call us tomorrow.” I was only given the generic branch card, not even the rep’s or manager’s contact. This was supposed to be a positive banking experience for two young students at Collège Montmorency taking their first steps into financial responsibility. Instead, they feel misled and dismissed. We fully understand there are rules, but when TD acknowledges the misinformation came from their own team, the right thing to do is try to make it right — not pass the blame or ignore the client. This experience has left us deeply disappointed in TD’s service and integrity. We are losing confidence in the bank, and we felt it was important to share this experience with the community.

  J’avais un rendez-vous prévu aujourd’hui à 19h avec un conseiller à la Banque TD, pris depuis plus d’un mois. À mon arrivée, on m’informe simplement que le conseiller est en vacances. Aucune notification, aucun appel, aucun courriel pour m’en avertir. La personne à l’accueil a tenté de nous aider, mais malheureusement pas de manière satisfaisante. Résultat : on m’a redonné un autre rendez-vous pour mardi prochain… en espérant que ce conseiller-là ne soit pas en congé aussi. Je trouve cela inacceptable : si un conseiller est en vacances, la moindre des choses serait d’annuler le rendez-vous à l’avance ou de proposer une solution alternative. Le respect du temps de vos clients devrait être une priorité. Très déçu de cette expérience.
