Je me suis présentée à la succursale pour accéder à mon coffre et poser des questions sur mes comptes, et le gestionnaire s’est montré irrespectueux et condescendant. Il m’a même traitée de menteuse sans raison valable. J’ai été profondément choquée par ce manque total de professionnalisme. Aucune compassion, aucun sens du service à la clientèle .une expérience qui m’a laissée traumatisée. J’ai décidé de fermer tous mes comptes TD après cet incident. Je déconseille fortement cette succursale.
