Ils courent de l'un station à l'autre demandant l'un à l'autre comment faire!!!!! A la fin, 5 min avant de la fermeture, j’étais ‘’servie’’ par Géneviève. Zéro pour sa connaissance, Zéro pour sa compréhension, Zéro pour le service à la clientèle. Je paie toujours DAS et jamais je n’avais pas de problèmes. Mon nom est inscrit au dossier des DAS. Géneviève n’était pas capable le trouver!!! A vrais dire elle n’a pas pris la peine de regarder. Elle m’a jeté sec que je ne peux pas faire cette transaction et appelé l’autre client! Il y avait pleine salle du monde à 6heure!
