We were instructed to book an appointment with a financial advisor, only to be given a 30-minute slot. During the meeting, the advisor stated he was too busy and that the time allotted was insufficient. We were then asked to rebook, only to have the rescheduled appointment abruptly cancelled the morning of. The level of disorganization and lack of accountability at this branch is unacceptable. In particular, JACK SHI demonstrated a clear disregard for professionalism and customer care. Due to this repeated incompetence and poor service, I will be closing my accounts and switching from TD Bank to a more reliable institution.
