Every time I come in, there’s a long line of people waiting and only two tellers working. On top of that, the pace is unbelievably slow — I honestly can’t even explain it. It’s incredibly frustrating, especially when I’m trying to manage both my business and personal banking efficiently. TD corporate really needs to take a closer look at what’s happening at this branch. The level of service here doesn’t reflect the experience I’ve come to expect from TD.
