Tous les documents ont été envoyés par courriel à la personne de la banque. J'ai envoyé 3 courriels et 2 messages téléphoniques sur la boîte vocale pour le suivi, sans aucun retour d'appel. J'ai dû demander une extension de délais au prêt de mon courtier le temps de faire affaire avec une autre banque. Mon dossier a été réglé en 48 heures environ. Donc dans les prochaines semaines, je vais fermer tous mes comptes bancaires à la TD pour une autre compagnie. Bref, très déçu des services dernièrement, même si je vais avoir une pénalité en changeant pour une autre banque, au moins je vais avoir du service.
