- MLMichel LaurinOct 30, 20251.0suis allé à la banque pour rencontrer le caissier, je me suis assis et j’ai expliqué que je voulais des informations sur les incitatifs qui avaient été offerts lors de l’ouverture de mon compte : des incitatifs pour l’ouverture du compte, pour l’épargne, et pour les placements. On m’a dit que je devais aller appeler en ligne, au lieu de m’aider sur place. Ensuite, j’ai demandé des renseignements sur mon investissement en bourse, et elle m’a dit que je devais encore appeler en ligne. Puis, elle s’est retournée et est allée s’asseoir, sans même me demander s’il y avait autre chose. Elle ne m’a plus parlé du tout. Je peux comprendre si j’avais été impoli, mais j’avais juste besoin de clarification. En tant que gérante au comptoir, elle n’a même pas cherché à savoir si j’avais d’autres questions et elle est juste partie s’asseoir. J’ai dû lui demander moi-même : « c’est tout ? » et elle a répondu « oui, c’est tout. » C’est vraiment dommage de voir ça venant d’une personne qui est superviseur , de simplement retourner s’asseoir dans son coin comme ça. Je n’ai pas trouvé ça très professionnel. Les deux filles que je vois d’habitude jeudi soir et vendredi soir et samedi Sont vraiment formidables et professionnels… Le lendemain j’appelle pour mon TD investissement et il me disent 50 minutes d’attente.. A place de me rappeler 😳
