Rather than offering support or answering my questions clearly, she responds with a condescending attitude and makes me feel like I’m an inconvenience. Basic courtesy and professionalism seem to be lacking, which is unacceptable—especially when dealing with people’s finances. I expect much better from a bank like TD. I hope this issue is addressed so other customers don’t have the same negative experience.
