Nous avons eu une rencontre le 12 novembre avec la conseillère qui devait nous rappeler lorsque tout serait prêt. Elle n’a pas fait de suivi jusqu’au moment où on contacte un directeur. Après une attente de plus de 3 semaines nous avons du contacter l’équipe de succession a Montréal pour comprendre que nous n’avions pas eu l’information pertinente et que le suivi pouvait se faire par courriel. Lors de la rencontre elle nous avait dit que nous aurions quelques chèques en attendant le livret mais il n’en n’est rien. Ça fait maintenant 1 mois et demie et nous n’avons toujours pas de chèque pour procéder. On a conseillé à ma sœur de faire Une plainte!
