  Today, I was supposed to meet an advisor at 2PM to discuss a certain topic, but this advisor called me at 11AM, 3 hours before the appointment to cancel on me because it’s a topic that she can’t help me with. I booked this appointment a week ago and had to make arrangements at work so I can go to this appointment. I would understand if you cancel on me due to an emergency, but you had one week to tell me that you can’t help me and yet you called me 3 hours before the appointment to cancel. How is this acceptable? And not a single time did she apologize. Very disappointing.

  I visit this TD branch regularly and usually the teller staff who used to be before were excellent and used to support customers very well and I liked to visit this branch for the very same reason. It's not just teller staff but others were also very good. From past few months I had a very bad experienced with one teller who recently started working in this branch and she is very arrogant and does not care about the customers. Her colleague was very nice and gentle and was ready to help today but she ensured that he should not help me which even he felt bad. There were no other customers in this branch at the time when I was present and it was very quite. They could have helped me and closed the action in just 5 minutes maximum but she was in a hurry to take a break and she ensured that even her colleague should not help me. It was a bossing attitude and also one of the worst attitude of a person. I have experienced similar experience with the same person at this branch and this was my third experience and hence I decided to write a review here. If TD Bank wants to review my issue they can do so and I am happy to support. I do not want to bring her name in public. Now I have decided not to visit this branch until the same person is present. One of the arrogant employee who is working for TD Bank. I love TD Bank for various reasons but never had such issue with any customer support representative till now.

  5 years old kind would be more effective at running the place Valérie the supervisor is very rude and disrespectful! Don't do business here. (Literally the thing that she gave me a hard time for, the fixed it for me in 2 seconds on the phone ) The small business department is a huge mess half of the things happens at the branch, the other by appointment and some at the regular branch. And information isn't consistent.
