  I went to this branch for the first time today and needed a lot of help setting up a new access card and getting caught up with my accounts. I was fortunate enough to meet a lovely lady named Jennifer Brosseau, Associé Principal Expèrience Client. I’m not sure what that means but I know what it meant to me. She listened intently to my situation and instantly became deeply invested in helping me. She took me by the hand to the banking machine to activate my card which was great because I’ve been away from these machines for a few years and this one looks like the dashboard of a Tesla. Then she helped me reset my password and then helped again to activate my TD phone app. Every step of the way she was making sure things went smoothly and never stopped her focus on helping me as a person - not just a stranger taking a few moments of her time. She is a terrific example of someone who lives and breathes customer service - it was important for her to make sure I left happy and secure that I accomplished what I came in to do - and I honestly think there’s nothing that bank does she is not capable of delivering. In an age where people spent their socializing looking at their phones it was, to say the least, refreshing to meet someone who genuinely cared about delivering a positive outcome. I’ll also go out on a limb and suggest she’s not the only person who works there who shares this customer centric focus but I’m very glad I met her, so Jennifer, thanks again for all your help and time.

  I have been with this branch for over 25 years. So, when I received confusing telephone calls at home from a stranger, apparently representing a major retail operation and then a Crown Attorney, threatening a legal financial investigation, headed straight to the bank. It was a Tuesday morning; not too busy. I went to a teller. By then, I was so distressed, I was on the verge of crying. As I tried to explain, the teller (Liam) waved his Director (Jean-Baptiste) into the conversation. Over the next hour, they asked me questions to clarify the reason for those telephone calls. It became clear to them that I was a victim of an experienced scammer. The scammer called again. I put on the speaker. Jean-Baptiste and Liam both guided my side of the conversation, confirming to them that it was definitely a scammer - and, turned off my phone. I am still immensely grateful for their assistance, courtesy and professionalism !!

  Employees at this branch are under developed and have a lack of training! Each time I go in person at this branch, the employees have no idea what I am asking and I always leave unsatisfied! Please train your employees to answer easy question or give them the tools or people qualified to answer customers questions or requests.

  Many staff members have been at this location for a long time and give the branch a nice small town feel. Four ATM machines and financial/mortgage advisors onsite.
