  I went to this branch for the first time today and needed a lot of help setting up a new access card and getting caught up with my accounts. I was fortunate enough to meet a lovely lady named Jennifer Brosseau, Associé Principal Expèrience Client. I’m not sure what that means but I know what it meant to me. She listened intently to my situation and instantly became deeply invested in helping me. She took me by the hand to the banking machine to activate my card which was great because I’ve been away from these machines for a few years and this one looks like the dashboard of a Tesla. Then she helped me reset my password and then helped again to activate my TD phone app. Every step of the way she was making sure things went smoothly and never stopped her focus on helping me as a person - not just a stranger taking a few moments of her time. She is a terrific example of someone who lives and breathes customer service - it was important for her to make sure I left happy and secure that I accomplished what I came in to do - and I honestly think there’s nothing that bank does she is not capable of delivering. In an age where people spent their socializing looking at their phones it was, to say the least, refreshing to meet someone who genuinely cared about delivering a positive outcome. I’ll also go out on a limb and suggest she’s not the only person who works there who shares this customer centric focus but I’m very glad I met her, so Jennifer, thanks again for all your help and time.

  Je suis extrêmement déçue par cette agence et la façon dont on traite les clients. Il y a un mois j’ai fait une demande de produir financier. Je n’ai jamais, jamais, eu de nouvelle de l’état de ma demande. J’ai écrit plusieurs fois au conseiller. Il n’a jamais répondu. J’ai essayé de le joindre par téléphone et bien sûr, impossible car le numéro sur sa carte ne permet pas d’accéder à sa boîte vocale, mais à un menu général. Alors j’ai laissé un message à un de ses collègues car évidemment il était occupé. Il n’a jamais donné suite. J’assume que ma demande a été refusée mais je trouve simplement scandaleux de considérer les clients si mal.

  Every time I schedule an appointment of any kind they cancel it. They also messed up on my land taxes on three different occasions which reflected very poorly on me. Only good for ATM services.
