Maybe learn to take some patience to explaining whatever the company policy is, rather than making it sounds like it's the customer's fault. Try to listen to the customer, treat it as a way for improvement, other than thinking you have people's money and can do whatever you want. If I am going to switch bank, that would be my reason. One last opinion, try to find somebody who has more customer service experience to be a manager.
