Will say you are preapproved and make you go through the whole process and a hard credit check and then tell you they can’t proceed because of something they could have told you at the start without making you go through a hard credit check. All because they failed to check and do their due diligence. Also will try and bully you into “the foundation” which makes you make payments simply to report to the credit bureau that you have a loan that doesn’t exist- you don’t receive any money. They just “promise” you will get a loan. Do not fall for this.
