- LHLori HansonDec 29, 20251.0From the moment we walked in, the service at this branch was disappointing. We immediately asked a staff member if she could help us. She could have, but instead told us to get in line for a teller. After waiting, the teller—who was very kind and gracious—told us she actually could not help us and that we would need to speak with a banker. About 15 minutes later, the same staff member who initially turned us away came over and said she couldn’t help because she had too many appointments. Five minutes after that, we overheard her tell a coworker she was heading out to lunch… and she walked right out the front door. We ended up waiting 30 minutes to finally speak with a banker, only to be told we needed additional information to move forward. This could have been communicated when we first walked in and asked what we needed. Instead, we spent 45 minutes at the bank for what could have been a two-minute conversation. This entire experience showed a complete lack of communication, courtesy, and respect for customers’ time. I will never use this branch again.
