The banker I believe he said Alajadro (very thick accent) was horrible. I asked him if he was a banker and he paused to think about it and then said yes. I had to ask him again because you shouldn't have to think about your position. I informed him what I was looking for and asked for the documents I would need to bring. He had NO CLUE! He told me if I had access to online to check wells fargo.com. I said I don't and I called to ask you specifically. I waited for 10 minutes for him to locate the information, then he still presented it to me in a "overall" fashion verses saying bring this document, then this document. I said again, I need specifics, stop giving me non specific answers. I ended the call. A waste of my 20 minutes!
