As a high-net-worth individual, I expect a certain level of professionalism and respect when conducting my banking, but what I encountered here was nothing short of unacceptable. From the moment I walked in, I was met with dismissive attitudes, unhelpful service, and even hostile body language—particularly from a white male employee with a full beard named Williams and his supervisor, Hyun. Rather than assisting me with my banking needs, they seemed more concerned with giving me dirty looks and making me feel unwelcome. It was painfully obvious that I was being treated differently because of my race. In 2025, no customer should have to deal with discrimination in a professional setting—especially not at a bank that claims to value community and integrity. I would strongly advise anyone, especially minorities, to think twice before banking here. I will be moving my business elsewhere and ensuring that others in my network are aware of the blatant bias at this branch.
