They’re friendly, professional, and go out of their way to make things easy. I especially appreciate that they let me call in change orders ahead of time — it saves me a ton of time during busy days. Excellent customer service every visit!

External transfers seem a little slower than some of the national banks I've tried, but hopefully the far superior interest rate and responsive customer service will make up for it. Previously: They must not actually want you to move your bank accounts to them despite their billboards advertising a high-interest checking account with a bonus. Even if you have good credit and a home loan with them, don't bother applying--they'll deny you with a form letter and leave a bunch of blanks where the key data and reasons should be. Worst bait-and-switch ever with lousy customer service to boot.
