- AHA HamiltonOct 8, 20251.0I recently opened a business checking account at this location. I called to check the status of my bankcard about 10 business days in, and was told to wait the 14 days. On day 16, I called again, after emailing the branch manager who did not respond, and was told my bank card was never ordered! My options were to wait the 14 business days all over again. I'd hate to think this was intentional, however; the person I called could've checked the system and fixed this instead of telling me to wait! Clearly, they don't need my business and are extremely unprofessional. I got a weak Im sorry, its a mess, when I went in to close my account. Beware!
