Even though my account had money and think calling in will change anything all they say is they will submit a complaint to the branch but the branch does absolutely nothing about it in fact they convince you how it's your fault and not theirs

I should clarify that my experience was over the telephone and anytime I used this branch location the service was fine. Had my debit cards stolen and I called and spoke with someone @ 4 in the morning. Was told my cards were turned off. Called again at 8 the man I spoke with said he was not sure who I spoke to but they were still active. He assured me he would close the cards. He gave me incorrect info about my one acct. This is only halfway thru the experience and it got worse.
