For them not to be busy with any customer they act like they had a million people in there…….. i was told they are UNDERSTAFF BUT THEY ARE UNDER CUSTOMERS TOOOO !!!!! Because they didn’t want to help AT ALL …. But I’m take it all the way …. I’m calling customer service also send emails because it’s NO WAY …..

She was able to help me with my situation with ease. I felt a lot better afterwards. My service experience was great.
