- TVTim VincentFeb 3, 20255.0While waiting for the cashier, with two people in front of me she took the time to thank everyone in line for their patience. A young lady also came from the back office to let us know we will be helped soon, she also thanked us. Well after waiting I was told they can not take a cash deposit because I was not on the account that I was making the deposit for. The branch Manager even came over to explain, its sounds like that their policy, as crazy as it sounds. I never heard of a bank that you can not deposit cash.. Well normally I would have lost it, but being treated so nice by everyone in that bank made me a big soft teddy bear. I will never think about opening a bank account with Wells, but kudos to them for having a great banking team that know how to handle customers. That team got the five starts, the bank got a goose egg. Good work team Tim

My withdrawal was quick and efficient so I will most definitely be coming back to this branch in the future.

Asked a question about a Wells Fargo IRA and was told I have to deal with my bank for bank statements….. not at ALL what I was asking for thanks for not listening. I then again explain what I’m looking for and am told I have to do that online. The online 1800 number told me that I have to go into a brick and mortar…. So so sick of being told different things depending on who you speak too. Called a branch closer to my house was assisted by a MUCH more pleasant human being and AMAZINGLY he knew what I was requesting and got me an appointment to get it handled!
