  Stopped in to sit down with Ed Saad to review my account and some fees I was unfamiliar with. He explained and fixed everything very thoroughly and made sure to pass along contact info to follow up with him for further questions. A super genuine guy very happy with my quick, simple and easy visit that solved all my problems. Go to Ed!

  ⭐ 1 Star – Absolutely Disgusting Business Banking Experience I’ve been a loyal TD Bank business customer for over 10 years. A month and a half ago, I opened a new business account, and since then it’s been a complete nightmare. Without any warning, they locked my account and flagged it for “fraud.” What’s truly unacceptable is that no one contacted me for an entire month. No phone call. No clear explanation. No urgency. Meanwhile, my business was completely paralyzed — I couldn’t access my money, run payments, or operate normally. If they had real concerns, why did no one reach out immediately? How do you freeze a business account and just go silent for weeks? This level of communication failure, lack of accountability, and total disregard for small businesses is unreal. After 10 years of loyalty, this is how I was treated. TD Bank has shown me that they do NOT care about their long-term customers when it matters most. If you’re a business owner and rely on daily cash flow, think twice before trusting them with your livelihood. Extremely disappointed.

  I had an excellent customer service experience with Jasmine W. and Vishel M. They helped me handle my transaction efficiently and took the extra time to review my account. They discovered that I could get more benefits by upgrading to a better account type, and I truly appreciated that it never felt like they were trying to sell me something just genuinely helping me. Outstanding service!

  Staff was super friendly, I am not a member, and they couldn't help me with my savings bonds. But the staff was polite and helpful directing me where I can go!
