    I had an excellent customer service experience with Jasmine W. and Vishel M. They helped me handle my transaction efficiently and took the extra time to review my account. They discovered that I could get more benefits by upgrading to a better account type, and I truly appreciated that it never felt like they were trying to sell me something just genuinely helping me. Outstanding service!

    Staff was super friendly, I am not a member, and they couldn't help me with my savings bonds. But the staff was polite and helpful directing me where I can go!

    Love TD bank I’ve been banking with them for 15+ years. Every time I come to this location though to deposit cash during my break or after work, no matter what time of the day it is, I’m always there for at least 20 minutes waiting. Theres only ever 1 teller so theres always a line. Normally I don’t mind waiting but I come to this location on my hour work break & it’s never quick or convenient. Very slow service, they need 2 tellers but all of the staff are always friendly!

    I just had the most pleasant experience with Morgan and Summer at this branch. They were so kind and efficient and just lovely people!! I hope they get promotions and possibly lead courses on outstanding customer service. 10/10.
