- TCTakieyah ClemensDec 21, 20251.0At first I wasn’t suspicious of the atm miscounting but apparently the drive thru ATM has continuously miscounted. I’m a server a nearby restaurant and usually would insert my tips/money into my banking account in my daily commute home and today when I inserted my money into my account it took the 1s, 5s, and 10s and spit back out the 20s and 50s I was attempting to clear my overdraft prior to getting charged the fee on my account however the money inserted at this locations drive thru atm was not even on my transactions. I immediately called customer service and will be paying key bank a visit tomorrow morning to get this issue resolved.
- DEDavid EvesDec 2, 20255.0Could not be happier with the individual people I deal with at my local branch and customer service has been quick and lightning fast. Two times my ATM/Debit card was compromised during the overnight hours and both times their security team was on it and alerted me ASAP. Whatever funds that were fraudulently used were identified and refunded into my account that day. Got me a new card as S.O.P and as a precaution they kept an eye on my account. That and the branch where I opened my account all remember me by name and every time I go in there all say hello using my name. May not seem like much…..but it’s definitely a nice touch. Thank you Key Bank….
