Extremely friendly staff and super helpful. We needed to do a wire transfer and had to come to this location since there aren't any in NY. The banker was Extremely helpful and kind. If they weren't so far from us coming from NY, we'd use them for our home location.

If you’re thinking of using this bank…RUN. I banked here with all types of accounts: checking, savings, business, custodial, IRA’s, mortgage and equity loans for almost 40 years and NEVER had a problem. Since Truist took over, wait times in lobby and drive thru are the slowest they’ve ever been, cust serv transfers your call from one dept to another to another with wait times at each from 10 mins to over 1 hour, dropped calls, hang ups, and mistakes in transactions. On their website You have to make an appt for the next day for someone to call you and you receive an automated email confirmation…of course, they don’t bother to call. I’ve been trying to withdraw an IRA since July 2022 with no result after hours and hours of phone calls. It is March of 2023. Beyond frustrated and disgusted.

Opened an account a month ago, have visited the ATM 3 times. Twice its been completely down (1/20 and 2/2), and once it told me I needed to speak to someone in the bank. The teller could find nothing wrong, so ????! Planning on switching banks. Not convenient. Oh look, can't sign up online either. Why are Williamsport businesses stuck in 1989?
