So I come in and had the unfortunate experience of being helped by Michael. He was extremely condescending and rude throughout the entire experience, but thankfully he resolved my problem and I never need to come here again.

The employee that I had her name was Donna not sure of her last name but she had an attitude like she didn't want to be there and do her job; and because I didn't know exactly how many ones I had or the total amount I had with me to deposit; she made it seem like it was a big deal that she had to run my ones through a counter. Then made it seem like it was an issue that I requested a printed out copy of my receipt. I don't care if you hate your job or just want to go home I understand the feeling completely but it is your job and if you don't want to do it or at the very least pretend to want to do it then I think it's time for a new job. At the very least make the customers feel like you want to do the job. ...Donna should not be at this location or in the banking industry if she feels like that or if she can't provide good service. I've read that apparently this location is bad at a lot of aspects of the job and or providing good service.
