  If I could give no stars I would. I only like this location because it's close to my job andy home. The employee that I had her name was Donna not sure of her last name but she had an attitude like she didn't want to be there and do her job; and because I didn't know exactly how many ones I had or the total amount I had with me to deposit; she made it seem like it was a big deal that she had to run my ones through a counter. Then made it seem like it was an issue that I requested a printed out copy of my receipt. I don't care if you hate your job or just want to go home I understand the feeling completely but it is your job and if you don't want to do it or at the very least pretend to want to do it then I think it's time for a new job. At the very least make the customers feel like you want to do the job. ...Donna should not be at this location or in the banking industry if she feels like that or if she can't provide good service. I've read that apparently this location is bad at a lot of aspects of the job and or providing good service.

  I went to this location this morning to access my safe box. The rep who received me was Rachel. This woman was extremely rude. She threw my drive‘s license at me when returning it to me. Then, when she escorted me to the back there was a small door which I opened because I didn’t know I wasn’t supposed as other reps didn’t tell me that in the past. I wouldn’t have had an issue if she hadn’t been so disrespectful to me. Due to her awful attitude I said I would share my experience with a review, she defiantly told me to go ahead. I felt humiliated and suspect that this is a racist woman who feels empowered to mistreat customers who are different than her. I hope it’s not a systemic problem with Wells Fargo. WF should do a better job at training its staff. This is no way to treat a person who does business with them. I will look for another bank where I can be treated with dignity and respect.   The employees at this branch aren’t wearing their masks, but are requiring all customers to go through the drive through for all transactions causing a major bottleneck in service. I walked in to complete a transaction and the woman at the door (with her masked pulled down to her neck) required me to head into the drive through. The teller at the drive through had her mask hanging from one ear, completely off. What’s the point of forcing your customers to deal with inferior service if your employees aren’t even going to follow their own corporate safety protocols? It shouldn’t take 45 minutes to withdrawal money. Extremely unprofessional.
