- BBBriannaOct 16, 20251.0Nicole DeLeo-McCoy the branch manager at the Wilkes-Barre branch is entirely unprofessional. I had an extremely disappointing experience at the Wilkes-Barre branch, primarily due to the behavior and leadership of the branch manager, Nicole DeLeo-McCoy. In my interactions with her, she came across as unprofessional, dismissive, and needlessly confrontational. Rather than helping resolve a straightforward issue, she escalated it and spoke in a condescending tone, not just to me but also to staff in front of customers. The environment in the branch felt tense and uncomfortable. This suggests a toxic workplace culture that starts at the top. If this is how leadership operates, it’s no surprise the service is poor and morale seems low. There are many banking options in the area. I strongly recommend choosing one that values professionalism, respect, and basic customer service. This branch fails on all counts. I plan to close my account immediately.

As a business owner ofcourse, I would need to at times to cash a check the very same day. Not with this bank. Any other bank is hassle free and business can be operated smoothly. They shouldn’t even be a bank.
