Her husband is requesting the money in her account and they refuse to give him. However when we go to Chase bank they provided the remainder of money in her account to us. Stealing people hard earn money is very wrong and this is infuriating especially doing this heartbreaking time. This has affected her husband really badly. Fix your system and get more understanding workers!
