Anytime there is an issue I call them up and they address it right away. I have a personal bank account and multiple business checking/money market accounts. I highly recommend this S&T branch for your banking and lending needs.

Only downside is they are only in tri- state areas, but I got checking account that reimburses using mac machines so that problem disappears.
