I used this bank for a construction loan, our loan officer misplaced various pieces of our information several times which caused many delays in getting approval, the list goes on. Not recommended.
- AFAaron FisherApr 22, 20171.0Nothing to do with this branch personally have never been there but as a company it's scary to get a voicemail from First National when I do not have an account with them with most of someone's personal banking information full name part of there account number /card number just didn't think a company could state that many things about your personal bank info then proceeded to leave a number to call back with a confirmation number. If I were said person I would not be happy about my information just being left out like this
