After over an hour on hold I was transferred to the loan collections department who couldn’t even tell me what fee I would get for a payment being returned ( due to fraud on another account). I wasn’t asking for a refund. This is how you treat someone fairly new to your bank. Nope. I’ll go elsewhere.
