Running out of money in the ATM happens too much. 9 times now it has told me "we have insufficient funds to process your request"

Fix your app . Bb&t app worked flawless . Your app is a total joke. If I have to reset my password again I'm changing banks. This is ridiculous. Your trusted with our personal information and cannot even keep an app operating correctly. If this is the future of bb&t it's bleak

I would give 0 stars if possible worst customer service at both the branch and the overall bank. They are all very polite at the branch but don’t know the bank’s policies correctly and got conflicting information from both the customer service number and the bank. I tried 4 times to get help and was completely ignored and the bank branch manager said she was going to take care of it and I never heard back and nothing was done. They charge fee’s for everything and just want your money in their pocket. I high recommend looking for another bank that actually cares about the customers and has employees that know the policy. I even had trouble closing my account and getting MY money out when I wanted to close it. I didn’t have a debt card or anything linked to the account to use and just wanted my money and the account closed which they make as difficult as possible when it’s your money and your account!

Haven't had any problems with the employees. Always taken care of promptly & with a smile.Seems that they're always merging with another bank.
