If our company could, we would give this branch 0 stars. Awful Branch management that after 3 or 4 months has just taken us a ride in circles and we seem to be starting all over. Never been so frustrated. Stay far far away if you can.

DO NOT bank with Truist. I came to this branch opening a simple checking account for my upcoming trip as do not have a debit card. Opened the account with BRANCH LEADER CHITKRA thought everything went well went home and tried access my app and it said I was restricted I called Truist they told me she put the wrong date of birth and messed up my name and did not list under the account that I am a student. I have to go to TWO DIFFERENT BRANCHES before I could have this sorted just to have my card lost in the mail and Truist refused to issue me a temporary card so I closed my account as I refuse to deal with a bank like this. I HAVE NEVER experienced issues like this with a bank and especially with a branch leader she messed my whole ways of means for my trip and how can you mess up my name and date of birth when you are a given a government issue ID card in ur own hands. if you bank with Truist DO NOT GO TO THIS BRANCH AND DO NOT OPEN OR DEAL WITH ANYTHING INVOLVING THE BRANCH LEADER. highly disappointed.

We opened a new checking account for a small non-profit organization, and the staff could not have been more knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. Big change from our previous bank (which will go unmentioned, but their initials are PNC) which treated us very poorly. Word to the wise: This is true of all banks, but you can always get a better deal on check printing when you go to a discount printer (Google "check printing"). Truist is fine with us getting our checks anywhere we want. This branch is not open on Saturdays, but what the heck, I'm retired.

Numerous visits with the Manger concerning identify theft. 3 months later, a different BB&T, paperwork started within MINUTES. My privacy was finally addressed, policy not followed at this location. The young professional woman that helped me stated she worked at this location and requested a transfer. West Chester’s loss is Honey Brook’s gain!
