Very poor customer service, you're just a number on a spreadsheet to them. This is nothing more than massive bank that aims to maximize revenue and buy out all of the competition. Take your business elsewhere where they actually care about you as a client and your financial needs.

Went there to get change from the counter cause I just went to the ATM on the side. There was one lady there and I was in line with nobody else waiting. The lady was apparently signing off checks or what not, but she made me wait a couple minutes before she wanted to assist me. You shouldn't profile people based on age and needs. Get better employees at the counter who'll help your customer service be better. Terrible employees who don't care about what you need here!

Attempted to close my accounts there. Promised it would be done the next business day. Two weeks later, nope. Oh, and the fact that I've tried to call several times during business hours and been dumped into a fricking voice mail tells you pretty much everything you need to know about their customer service philosophy.
