I was in the drive through. Asked for money to be deposited and withdrawn from a check. I was swapped between 3 different employees, all with attitude immediately. All to be told that I can't cash it because "it's not a truist check" which I have never heard of. I've done this exact transaction for years, and suddenly it's a hassle. I was told to just go somewhere else, so for banking for future I think I will take their advice and go somewhere else from now on. 0/10 experience

Worst bank to deal with settling an estate. Good luck getting your money out of this bank. Main number is an offshore account. Stay away. ESSA the easiest then Wells Fargo.
