I had an issue two weeks ago with an unauthorized charge on my account for customer service representative , who I can hardly understand, shut my car off without telling me she did send me out a new one, but I had no clue that it was shut off and went to the store after she did that she blind transfer me into dead air without any follow up instructions. Also, this Bank lies about doing the extra day NSF fees its all for advertisement. I love the charger account overdraft fees !
