In 2018 my Sister passed away, Laura helped me through some Estate matters (forms, transfers, etc.). Her Knowledge and Ability to navigate through seemingly overwhelming paperwork, makes her an Excellent Asset to this branch.

I went to go get it today and they SHREDDED my card and told me to get a new one. While this isn't against the law, there is also no regulation saying that they have to do this. They are just being spiteful and it's pathetic. Will never even so much as use this bank's ATM again.
