- RDron durayJan 16, 20195.0Laura Hickman and the Entire Staff are very Friendly, Knowledgeable and Attentive. In 2018 my Sister passed away, Laura helped me through some Estate matters (forms, transfers, etc.). Her Knowledge and Ability to navigate through seemingly overwhelming paperwork, makes her an Excellent Asset to this branch.

I had to deal with Laura Heckman today regarding an account that we have not been able to access for over 6 months. She could not help us because they handle that at another office. I have spent countless hours at this bank trying to work on an estate account. We asked for the manager and was told he was out of the office. I spent 5 minutes explaining to her the circumstances. She paid not one bit of attention to our concerns and when I tried to explain it again she became defensive. She has no authority to talk to customers that way. She is not an asset to this company. We ended up dealing with Robin and Lorrie who were courteous and helped us.. I see other complaints about her on your site, obviously this is an ongoing problem and hopefully will be resolved.

- TDTrevor DeThomasAug 3, 20171.0I bank at Northwest but had to make a quick withdrawl at Key Bank's ATM. In my hurry, I forgot the card in the ATM. I went to go get it today and they SHREDDED my card and told me to get a new one. While this isn't against the law, there is also no regulation saying that they have to do this. They are just being spiteful and it's pathetic. Will never even so much as use this bank's ATM again.
