Terrible bank. It’s now November the 3rd and my loan payment is due on the 4th. Still haven’t received my statement in the mail. They want their money on time though. They’ll be sure to call you and let you know it’s late and that you can pay over the phone. Kinda missing the point. I went to a branch to pay my loan today and told them what was going on and they say “good thing you came in today to pay it! “ What a joke. They suck. 😆😆

After attempting to pay off a loan, and receiving no acknowledgement of the cleared payment, I received a statement (with minimal information and no details) requesting payment of additional funds due. When I called to inquire, I was told that it was interest (that did not appear on the previous statement). I disagreed, but didn't press the matter and I asked to confirm the payoff amount. I was told that it was more than double what was requested at the beginning of the conversation (now >$1000.00). I requested to speak to a supervisor. I asked that I be sent a statement detailing the interest charges and how they were applied, since the interest doubling in less than a month on a paid off balance was unreasonable. The supervisor continued to interrupt me as I was making the request. When I asked him to stop, he hung up on me.
