- EGEdwin GabrialJul 12, 20241.0I recently visited this location and was shocked by the treatment I received. the staff made me feel like a criminal, and treating me as something I am doing illegal. visited 2 time and both become bad experience. made an appointment for a check deposit. Later got a call, to go with different bank. second time went there to withdraw some cash. when the funds are available they said need to verify the check (deposited same bank but different branch) and they made sure I have no pending transaction. using this bank more than 9 years never felt same. worst !!!

The first bank I went to said it was too old for their machine, but when I went to the Wells Fargo branch on West Street Road in Warminster this afternoon, Andrea helped me; she knew exactly what to do. Andrea was knowledgeable, professional, and guided me on what to hold onto for tax purposes and so forth. I'm very grateful for her assistance and expertise. Thank you, Andrea!
