0 stars. If possible. New account hold…. Ok understandable. I get a new banker helping me who doesn’t offer to expedite my debit card. They don’t offer temporary debit cards for new accounts. So no way to access my funds except withdrawing cash. There’s no digital card option because we are back in the 1990’s. Received information from the phone center which was incorrect and led me to go to 2 different locations…. only to find out the phone rep was wrong and the branch could not help me. Terrible service and policies. Closing my account asap.

I had a great experience with Ann Benson as a non member. Absolutely thinking of signing up she was wonderful, pleasant, efficient, and each and every member who was in there that day despite moving at a good pace she took time to talk to everyone, was so likeable and personable. In a world where customer service is down, Ann is A+
