- BWBeth WinterDec 20, 20251.0Terrible customer service inside dark and dirty. No one ever in office to help with opening accounts and current accounts. Went to bank across the street where we were greeted and it was lighted and decorated for holidays. Highly recommend other bank Have been a customer 27 plus years when truist was Nazareth national very disappointed with Walnutport branch.
- JLJaNell LaneSep 26, 20251.0I would’ve given 0 stars if it was an option. I opened a checking account August 5 made a mobile deposit of x amount won’t say how much but alot. They got my money from the other bank than next day Truist closed my account with no explanations and kept my money. I had to deal with this for 1 1/2 months over fifty plus calls etc to resolve this and get my money back. It was only suppose to have a 9 day hold on it can you believe that crap. We had to file through the magistrates office against Truist for not giving me my money back . Finally been working with the vice president and also the client advocacy dept for Truist the helped me to get this resolved finally . They kept apologizing to me but it wasn’t their fault they gave me the most help and also agreed with what I went through should’ve never happened. They now lost a customer and a good honest person. I’m banking elsewhere now.
