I would’ve given 0 stars if it was an option. I opened a checking account August 5 made a mobile deposit of x amount won’t say how much but alot. They got my money from the other bank than next day Truist closed my account with no explanations and kept my money. I had to deal with this for 1 1/2 months over fifty plus calls etc to resolve this and get my money back. It was only suppose to have a 9 day hold on it can you believe that crap. We had to file through the magistrates office against Truist for not giving me my money back . Finally been working with the vice president and also the client advocacy dept for Truist the helped me to get this resolved finally . They kept apologizing to me but it wasn’t their fault they gave me the most help and also agreed with what I went through should’ve never happened. They now lost a customer and a good honest person. I’m banking elsewhere now.

You guys say $3 charge to pull money out of the ATM and then you Bill me six dollars 60 years of banking you guys are the worst bank I ever met in my life Il. have like a thousand emails addresses I'm going to smash your ratings as low as I can just because I got time . And I got good reason and it's not $3 descriptions I'll do it another one another format

Honestly, had i written this 24 hours ago id have given 1 star only cause 0 isn't an option. After a HORRIBLE experience with truist customer service over the phone, I walked into that branch today with every ounce of my being expecting to close my business account and go elsewhere. I was angry, confused, frustrated and nobody with truists national customer service line could give me an accurate answer to my question, then I got the opportunity to speak with Diana the branch manager and wow did my perspective change. Right off the bat, she gave me every ounce of her undivided attention, immediately asking what happened so she could fix it. By the time I was done talking to her, I felt relieved, I had clarification, and most of all I felt heard. Not to mention she corrected every single concern I had and I left happy to be banking with truist. If you need something, I promise, setting up an apt to speak with her was the best thing I did.

After my experience, I saw the bad reviews of this branch. And they're right; it feels like these employees are doing the customer a favor. I went to this branch with my daughter to open a bank account, moving all my accounts from another bank because my husband speaks highly of Truist. And he's right; the other employees at other branches are lovely. But not at this one. The person who helped us first told us the ATM was broken to withdraw money. We had to go to the plaza and come back. Then, she said, "Our Social Security was having problems and there was nothing she could do." All of this came with an attitude that made it feel like she didn't like my Latin heritage and my daughter being of color. I don't want to imagine it was something like that. God. We had to go to the Schnecksville branch, and unlike this branch, they were very kind and helpful, and we resolved everything in 10 minutes. I'll only go to Schnecksville even if I have to drive 15 minutes more.

Just another run of the mill bank, but associates are very pleasant, which is why they received five stars.
