I stand up there 18 minutes before someone come and assist me.And because the bank is closed by time they come to assist. They did not resolve the issue instead she giving me a number that I need to call even though the account manager could not even log into the account itself. So I'm trying to find out What is the purpose if they cannot help customers.... What's my purpose having this account there?

They treated me like I was a low life and all they wanted to know was the names of the employees that have done it in the past for me.
