    Well I just got a taste of why I don't like to go in person. I went into the drive thru lane where there was only one customer right at the window in lane one. So I went in lane two. The car in lane one drove off in about a minute or two. I sent my request and info thru that thingy "you know what I'm talking about", and as I am waiting, the next customer, in which I was in front of, was taken care of before me and drove off from the window in lane one. I then called the teller as another car pulled up behind the car that just left, right to the window in lane one. The teller answered "yes"? I said '"i'm waiting"! And she actually said, "I'm working on another transaction"! She could only be talking about the second car that she took care of in front of me when I was there before BOTH cars! When she finally did my transaction, I told her "I am going straight to Google Reviews"! So here I am! Evidently she didn't know who she was messing with! Approx transaction time: Sat Sept 20 12:40 - 12:50PM

    Waited 30 minutes after being told the account representative was going to lunch at 3 in the afternoon when the branch closes at 5 lol. Was ignored by every other employee in the bank. Guess I'll take my business elsewhere.
