  I had to edit this review and up my number of stars! I was originally frustrated at the level of customer service, but after speaking with the VERY helpful Sarah at the Maine Contact Center, she advised me that I'll hear back from someone at the Trooper PA branch. And one hour later, sure enough, I received a call from the manager. I appreciate when a negative review can be turned around. Well-done TD.

  Well I just got a taste of why I don't like to go in person. I went into the drive thru lane where there was only one customer right at the window in lane one. So I went in lane two. The car in lane one drove off in about a minute or two. I sent my request and info thru that thingy "you know what I'm talking about", and as I am waiting, the next customer, in which I was in front of, was taken care of before me and drove off from the window in lane one. I then called the teller as another car pulled up behind the car that just left, right to the window in lane one. The teller answered "yes"? I said '"i'm waiting"! And she actually said, "I'm working on another transaction"! She could only be talking about the second car that she took care of in front of me when I was there before BOTH cars! When she finally did my transaction, I told her "I am going straight to Google Reviews"! So here I am! Evidently she didn't know who she was messing with!
