- HHHNov 17, 20251.0This bank/ branch is the worst bank I have ever been to. Their customer service is awful. Went in power of attorney and being told not good enough, need letter from doctor saying parents are incompacitated or have my Mom come in. brought her back same day and told they have appts all day and dont have time but never told me they could not see me today when was in earlier so wasted another few hours. Also mentioned Mom can't sign anything since incompacitated. Never experieced a bank be so rude etc especiially when I am dealing with both my ill parents, but they could care less, just want their money.

If they have to get something from the desk next to them it like the end of the world I do a things with my kid is I just get some half dollar because the kit like how big the coin is and they make it seem like I'm asking for gold bricks saying "of I have to open a pack or Oh have to go see were one is man been with is bank for years. I'm impressed how employees like this get paid.
