She was personable, patient, and made me feel like a part of the key bank community! Your branch is incredibly lucky to have her apart of your team! She was the best teller I have had at any location, and will ask for her every time I am there!

Ended up coming in close to close and ended up being there til 5:30 due to my own unpreparedness. They were super helpful and weren't bothered at all. Said it was their job and they're there to make sure every customer is satisfied. THIS CUSTOMER IS VERY SATISFIED!! Keep up the great work and thank you all again so much for your patience and help!
