The gentleman that assisted was Chadwick and I can't express to you all how helpful he has been through this whole processes. We had an unusual situation establishing an account for an out of the ordinary Condo Association and he provided excellent guidance, communication and most importantly impressive customer service. The Trevose branch seems to be pretty busy and even a little understaffed for this time of the year, but he was still kind enough to get the job done for us while juggling multiple tasks. Every call I made was answered by a pleasant and professional woman who was able to provide updates for me when Chadwick was with other customers. (Sorry I didn't get her name but she deserves kudos too). Sometimes it's the little courtesies people provide that can really make the difference in someone's day. The level of ignorance I encounter on a daily basis is appalling these days and although Chadwick was just doing his job, he did it very well and I appreciate his efforts. Whoever his boss is, you should acknowledge the job well done. There isn't enough of that going around these days and that small gesture could make his day too! Thanks.
