- JWJerome WrightAug 7, 20251.0This is BY FAR the worst Wells Fargo location I've ever been to. There is never enough tellers in the lobby and the Bankers seem completely overbooked and over worked. The wait times to see a Banker are absolutely abysmal, and Nobody ever gets an estimated wait time, only the terrible customer service phrase "we'll be right with you". I don't ever feel welcome at this branch and it seems to have gotten much worse in the last 4-5 months. The manager seems to ALWAYS be busy and is VERY rude and unwelcoming. I would express my concerns in person, but there is nobody available to even complain to. I really dont understand why this branch is so bad, but you should really AVOID THIS LOCATION AT ALL COSTS unless you want to be disrespected and treated like an inconvenience. Even the DMV is more efficient and pleasurable than this dump.....

He walked me through every step and made sure I selected the right accounts for my needs. Making a deposit and setting up my accounts went smoothly. Best service and experience hands down. A special shout-out to Erika and Shey for being so sweet!
- AAAndyJul 16, 20251.0Literally the slowest bank in the universe. It is impossible to get in and out of the drive thru in less than 10 minutes, even if you’re the only car. Totally unacceptable!!!
